I am a Senior Graphic Designer and Team Lead with extensive agency and in-house experience. I excel at managing demanding workflows and key client accounts across diverse sectors, including Corporate, Finance, Sports, Property, and Education. My approach is driven by a passion for delivering creative and effective design solutions that meet client briefs, from initial concept to art direction, design, and project management. I thrive in fast-paced environments, consistently meeting tight deadlines while maintaining a positive and collaborative attitude. My experience includes leading design teams on high-profile, fast-turnaround projects, both on and off-site. In my current role within a global Med-Comms company, I played a key role in establishing an in-house design team, managing clients, and developing comprehensive materials, including branding, bespoke event collateral, animations, and interactive presentations for major corporations.

Skills and experience

Part of my job involves producing multiple concepts for a regular stream of Creative Projects. These are sometimes on tight deadlines and can also involve the creative direction of other team members. I find the process of producing new concepts to roll out with larger projects enjoyable.
I work with organisations to strengthen their brands. Some have a well-defined brand identity but lack the processes to implement it effectively. Others have guidelines but struggle with consistent application. I help clients bridge this gap by developing a clear vision and practical framework for using their brand across all necessary platforms and materials.
Design pitches and proposals have always been a passion of mine. They provide a valuable opportunity to demonstrate innovative design and production solutions, and to effectively communicate the unique value we bring.
I enjoy the process of dissecting complex information to find its essence and then visualizing it in a clear and accessible way. This challenge is one of the most rewarding aspects of graphic design for me.
I am committed to assisting individuals in developing and delivering compelling presentations, both in traditional and virtual environments. The prevalence of remote work has amplified the importance of high-quality presentation skills.
I specialise in enhancing documents and presentations with interactive elements, transforming static content into engaging experiences. Using platforms like Adobe, PDF, and PowerPoint, I develop interactive menus, reveals, animations, and more, bringing materials to life.

I love helping brands unlock the potential of social media. By creating engaging content strategies and providing resources like templates and animations, I enable clients to maintain a consistent and compelling social media presence with ease.
Exhibitions and events present a unique opportunity for brands to make a statement, but they can also be a blank canvas that feels intimidating without a clear vision.
I have worked with alot of animation to help add impact and value to projects. This is something I enjoy and always looking to expand.

I have also helped edit and put togeather many videos for companies, be it talking heads or more promotional.
While managing one of the main client accounts, I also managed and reviewed a stream of diverse projects with ever changing goal posts. This work involved a good interactive relationship with clients as well as with the team to deliver the expected high quality finished project.
I have managed various different sized teams over the years, from small in-house teams to on-site client teams. This included working with freelancers and balancing many projects running at the same time.
I am actively exploring the potential of A.I. to enhance project value and efficiency. Whether through Adobe's integrated A.I. features or other specialised software for content generation and image optimisation, I am committed to leveraging these technologies.
