CBRE – Project A7


Challenge

CBRE required compelling marketing materials, including an interactive Investment Memorandum (I.M.) and teaser, to secure a bid for the A7 property in Germany. The design needed to boldly showcase the building's location and urban connections while aligning with the project's overall brand strategy.

Solution 

Expanding upon the A7's distinctive orange block branding, I developed a bold, modular design system. This system allows for the seamless integration of various graphic elements and location-specific imagery, effectively highlighting the property's key strengths. A clean, open layout was employed to ensure that colour and photography effectively showcase the asset to the client.
