CBRE – Circle Square


Challenge

CBRE needed a completely bespoke design concept for printed materials (including an Investment Memorandum and teaser) to support their pitch for the Circle Square retail property site in the UK. The design needed to be visually compelling to help them win the bid and retain their client.

Solution 

I developed a bold new visual identity for CBRE's pitch, using a striking orange accent against a monochrome backdrop to highlight key content. This design language extended to the creation of custom icons and infographics, which were integrated into stylised cityscapes. These visuals effectively represent lifestyle and retail themes, enhancing the clarity and impact of the information presented to the client.
