CBRE Global Investors – Top 10 Properties


Challenge

CBRE required a unique, on-brand, bespoke printed document to showcase their top 10 global properties. This document would also serve as a template for future iterations of the project.

Solution 

After developing and presenting several design concepts, the client selected the approach shown below. CBRE's brand colours are used as an overlay on the photography, creating a cohesive link to the brand. Unique and colourful layouts detail the scope of each of the top 10 properties, supplemented by additional information. This design effectively pushes the boundaries of the existing brand while maintaining a strong connection to its core identity.
