CBRE – Lenbach Gardens
Challenge
Global property developer CBRE needed branding and marketing for a Munich building asset. Deliverables included a comprehensive Investment Memorandum (I.M.), Teaser and digital screen display, all in a modern style showcasing the asset’s key urban / organic features and advantages.
Solution
Multiple brand looks and rollout concepts were explored before finalising a direction. The goal was to capture the location’s modern, clean aesthetic while visually connecting it to the surrounding green spaces within the bustling city. This example showcases the clean design and layouts used in the Investment Memorandum.
