CBRE – Merton’s Mitte
Challenge
CBRE needed compelling marketing materials, including an Investment Memorandum (I.M.) and teaser, to win a bid for a property (Merton’s Mitte) in Frankfurt, Germany. The design had to boldly showcase the building's location and distinctive architectural style while aligning with the project's overall vision and brand direction.
Solution
My research revealed a striking contrast between the building's exterior, characterised by clean lines and open spaces, and its interior, defined by curves and flowing lines. Recognising the potential of this duality to strengthen the brand identity and directly reference the building's unique architectural elements, I proposed this as the core design direction. Furthermore, the specific direction of the curves was carefully developed to echo existing brand elements, creating a cohesive visual language. The resulting aesthetic features a clean, open layout where forms and curves flow dynamically, creating an engaging framework for content and imagery.
