Challenge

CBRE required compelling marketing materials, including an on-screen Investment Memorandum (I.M.) and teaser, to secure a bid for a large retail property in Germany. The project demanded a bespoke design that emphasised and highlighted the site's strong retail characteristics in a visually engaging way.

Solution 

After presenting multiple design concepts in meetings, the client chose the unique design style below. To emphasise the site's retail qualities, a custom barcode graphic was created as a graphic representation of the retail project. This design element allowed colour and imagery to bleed through, creating a striking contrast with surrounding open space. The layouts and design choices directly referenced retail and the property itself, aligning with the client's objectives.
