CBRE – Project Morrow


Challenge

CBRE needed a completely bespoke design concept for printed materials, including Investment Memorandums (IMs) and teasers, to support their pitch for the Project Morrow property in Germany. The design needed to be visually compelling to help them win the bid and retain their client, while also drawing inspiration from the site's existing "M" logo.

Solution 

After presenting several design concepts, the client selected the approach shown below. The "M" from the Project Morrow logo serves as a foundation for the dynamic layouts, incorporating imagery and content in a visually engaging way. Clean, open layouts provide a modern feel for the pitch materials.
