CBRE – Top Trends
Challenge
CBRE needed a unique, yet on-brand, design for a document covering top trends in facilities management. The challenge was to create something new and visually engaging, pushing the boundaries of the existing brand guidelines while still adhering to their core identity.
Solution
Leveraging my familiarity with the CBRE brand and its potential for creative exploration, I developed several design options before refining the chosen concept. This design uses a stylised "TT" monogram (for "Top Trends") as a dynamic graphic element. This monogram could be reshaped or extended to function both as a branding device and as a container for content and imagery. Bold colour choices complement the layouts and content, adding visual interest to the overall design.
