Cushman & Wakefield – 105 Judd Street
Challenge
Cushman & Wakefield needed bespoke marketing materials and presentations to showcase their expertise and partnership in pitching for a life science asset at 105 Judd Street, London. The client desired a premium aesthetic that reflected their sophisticated work and analysis while also highlighting the connections within the local area.
Solution
Through collaborative meetings, I developed several design concepts before finalising the chosen style. The resulting design features a clean, high-contrast aesthetic using black and rose gold to achieve the desired premium feel. Geometric angles and lines subtly reference cellular structures and their interconnectedness, while also visually linking the company to the surrounding London neighbourhood.
