Cushman & Wakefield - Cotton Quay


Challenge

Cushman & Wakefield, in partnership with Cotton Quay, required printed and digital documents to showcase the large-scale property development in Manchester, UK. The challenge was to create a unique design style that could effectively present the content within a strict page limit.

Solution 

Following the presentation of multiple design concepts, the client selected the approach shown below. This design utilises a distinctive style featuring images that appear to "pop" from the page, along with textured elements and colour blocks to create a unique visual identity. Given the limited page count and dense content, the strategic use of colour blocks and textures allowed for the effective integration of graphic elements within the available space.
