Challenge
Cushman & Wakefield needed an interactive, on-screen document detailing the build-to-rent, student accommodation, and commercial potential of a property they were marketing on Kirkstall Road. The document required a bespoke design that highlighted the interconnected elements of this multi-faceted development.
Solution
After presenting several design concepts, the client selected the version shown below. This design uses interconnected shapes, bold colours, and strong geometric forms to visually link the core themes of the development with compelling imagery and content.
