Cushman & Wakefield - North Quay
Challenge
Cushman & Wakefield sought marketing materials for a life science asset in Whitechapel, London. The design needed to capture the theme of scale, bridging the microscopic world of cellular research with the larger context of the development. Both print and digital materials were required.
Solution
After presenting several concepts, the client selected a design that emphasises the interconnectedness of life at various scales. Geometric forms illustrate the relationships between cells, hydrocarbons, and atoms. This microscopic perspective is then juxtaposed with expansive aerial views of the surrounding landscape, seen from the same angle, creating a visual link between the micro and macro. Clean, dynamic layouts further enhance the materials, effectively showcasing the content.
