Hamilton-Brown – CBRE Creative Portal


Challenge

Managing the CBRE Germany account for Hamilton-Brown highlighted a recurring need for fast-turnaround creative projects. Tight deadlines often hampered the creative process, making it challenging to deliver high-quality work. My personal goal was to improve efficiency while demonstrating our creative potential to the client.

Solution 

To address this challenge and showcase our team's creativity, I conceived and developed a client-specific website. Recognizing that many concepts generated during projects were left unused, we collaborated with the digital team to create a platform to house these unused ideas. This online resource allowed CBRE to easily access a library of concepts for repurposing, expansion, or inspiration—functioning as a bespoke "Pinterest" to accelerate their project development. The site also served as a training ground for junior designers, who could contribute and refine concepts during downtime. This initiative proved highly successful, increasing work speed, revenue, and overall creative output, particularly during periods of tight deadlines, while freeing up time for more complex, bespoke projects when needed.
